You may have heard people tell you,
“You need to act like a robot.”
“You need to eliminate all emotions from trading.”
We are humans, we literally cannot remove emotion it is how we are designed by nature.
We should aim to not fight our emotions.
Don’t battle with the mind.
The true goal is to become aware of them.
To witness them in real time coming up.
It is only once we are aware of what triggers certain emotions, we can step in front of any negative behaviors that emotion may induce.

Since going full time it hasn’t felt like I’ve “worked” a day.
Everything I do I’m genuinely grateful to God I have the opportunity to do it.

When journaling, have a column where you categorize your trades as such:
good wins
bad wins
good loss
bad loss
Just because you take a win, doesn't mean it's a good one.
Just because you took a loss, doesn't mean you did something wrong.
Focus on removing bad losses and bad wins.

I use to pray for the clarity in which I can view price now.
It really feels like a super power.
Ironic thing is, this occurred once I started removing concepts from my plan and stopped constantly seeking out more knowledge.
There is beauty in simplicty.
