After a short-term decline, the market has temporarily stabilized. Currently, it seems that this wave of decline is still caused by negative news. Given this, I believe there is no need to be pessimistic about the subsequent market. The previous decline was due to the actual outflow of ETF funds, which is fundamentally different. Of course, the current rebound price has not yet returned to the level before the decline, so the short-term market is still primarily characterized by fluctuations.
Recently, one thing worth noting is the surge in silver prices. To be honest, the significant rise in gold prices over the past year was anticipated by many. Now, there is speculation around silver. This shows that as long as there are assets with an audience, the price increase is just a matter of time, because capital will eventually flow into these targets to stir things up.
For the current stage of the market, it is very difficult to achieve short-term profits through operations, as both the price performance and market sentiment indicate that we are actually in a bear market. So, I still say that I do not recommend heavily buying the dip, especially since the direction of the current market is still not clear.
Instead of saying not to bottom fish, I would recommend everyone to exchange some coins, swapping garbage altcoins for mainstream assets. If you don't have the courage, you can directly switch to Bitcoin or Ethereum, and you might also consider DeFi blue chips. For example, with UNI continuously declining recently, it might be suitable to swap some altcoins. It’s important to know that for most altcoins, their value is zero, but for those with fundamentals, holding some in the long term still has opportunities.
