BlockBeats news, on October 20, Solana co-founder Toly posted on social media in response to “possibly launching a new Perp Dex” saying: “I can now understand Andre Cronje's pain, I was just messing around with Claude (AI from Anthropic), trying to see if it could generate a prototype, and then use surfpool for testing. Please hurry and copy this idea—I want to see if the competitive frenzy sparked by spot proprietary market makers back then can be replicated in the perpetual futures space: · Develop a perpetual futures DEX program with all functions packed into a single account's memory segment, self-contained LP/risk/matching engine · Create a routing coordinator that can automatically adjust positions between any number of DEXs. Really, I just accidentally open-sourced a codebase, and the whole world seems to have gone crazy.”
