1. What rewards can I earn from Soft Staking?

By participating in Soft Staking, you can earn rewards generated through the blockchain's staking mechanism. Rewards are typically paid out in the protocol's native currency, unless otherwise specified. Currently, only certain tokens are eligible for Soft Staking. You can visit the Soft Staking page to view the list of eligible tokens and their estimated APR.

2. How are rewards calculated and distributed?

Soft Staking rewards are calculated based on the daily average holdings of eligible tokens in your spot account, with snapshots starting at 00:00 (UTC) the day after activation to calculate average holdings. Your first reward will be credited to your spot account two days after activation (between 00:00–08:00 UTC), followed by daily distributions. While payouts typically occur on schedule, delays may occasionally happen due to network congestion, system processing, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Calculation formula of daily rewards:

Daily Rewards = Average Holding in Soft Staking × APR / 365 (precision varies by cryptocurrency) Please note that the Soft Staking APR may change daily and will be adjusted based on market conditions and other factors to ensure stable and competitive returns.

4. Where can I track my rewards?

You can view your current rewards and estimated APR on the Soft Staking page, and view detailed reward history and average holdings in [Subscription History] - [Soft Staking].

6. Can I choose which tokens to participate in Soft Staking?

No. Once you activate Soft Staking, all eligible tokens in your spot account will automatically participate and begin generating rewards. You don't need to select them individually.

7. If I have a spot open order, can I still earn Soft Staking rewards?

No. Assets that are frozen or in open orders will not generate rewards. Please refer to the Soft Staking Terms & Conditions.

8. What is the difference between Auto-Earn and Soft Staking?

Soft Staking is only available for certain designated tokens. The tokens will not be locked up and can be traded, withdrawn, or used at any time through your spot account, allowing you to earn staking rewards while maintaining the flexibility and trading function of your funds. Auto-Earn automatically uses the available tokens in your spot account to subscribe to Simple Earn flexible-term products. If both Auto-Earn and Soft Staking are enabled, the system will prioritize allocating eligible assets to Auto-Earn. 1

9. Does Soft Staking charge any fees?

No. Soft Staking does not charge any additional fees. The system will convert the APR displayed on the page into a daily percentage and distribute the rewards to your spot account.

10. Why does the APR change?

The Soft Staking APR may change daily and will be adjusted based on market conditions and other factors to ensure stable and competitive returns.

11. Under what conditions can USDT be supported in Soft Staking?

USDT Soft Staking is a value-added service we provide for futures trading users on top of the standard Soft Staking. If your account is in Classic Spot mode and your USDT balance in Futures Account is ≥ 10, you can activate the Soft Staking feature to earn rewards automatically. No additional actions are required, and normal futures trading is unaffected. The system takes a daily snapshot of your USDT balance and calculates yield based on the snapshot, which is then credited to your Futures Account.

12. Will Soft Staking affect my futures trading?

Not at all. Funds for Soft Staking remain in your Futures Account and can be used normally for opening positions, adding margin, and other trading operations. Your funds are available in real time during trading without any restrictions.

13. If my futures account balance changes due to trading, will it affect Soft Staking?

The system takes multiple snapshots throughout the day and uses the final average balance as the principal for that day's yield. Balance changes resulting from trades do not affect interest for the current day but will affect the snapshot balance and principal for the following day.
