$BTC 3.24 Tuesday, current price 705, 1h chart is in a consolidation phase, price is at the hourly Bollinger Band midline, daily and 4h level charts have not yet formed a bullish structure. Yesterday's news-driven surge peaked without breaking through the key resistance at 720.
Strategy remains bearish bias.
On the upside, after the 715-720 resistance is tested and pulled back, short positions can be established.
On the downside, support is at 698-700, light long positions can be established at 700-702.
