2026年3月18日现货黄金午间解析
今早现货黄金平开在5002附近，亚盘先小幅冲高到5015，随后回落，最低探到4985附近，整体走先涨后跌、窄幅偏弱震荡，波动不大，资金观望情绪浓，没走出单边行情。

今天亚盘没重磅数据，市场主要等今晚美联储决议，大家都在猜降息节奏，降息预期降温，美元偏强，压着金价；中东地缘还有避险支撑，跌太多有买盘托着，多空拉扯，短线难大涨大跌。

金价短线在4980-5030区间晃，5000是心理关口。下方4980-4970是强支撑，破了才会继续跌；上方5030是压力位，站稳才会反弹。日线偏弱，但4小时有止跌迹象，震荡等方向，别追单。

午间思路：亚盘走弱后企稳，午间大概率还是区间震荡。靠近4980轻仓分批次接多，止损4970；目标5020-5030区间，小仓位快进快出，等晚间决议定方向。
