Announcement on the Renaming of gate The Protocol (THE)

Gate.io plans to rename The Protocol (THE) to The Protocol (THEP). After the renaming is completed, The Protocol (THE) will be re-launched with the new token symbol THEP.

Gate.io will take the following steps for exchange:

1. Gate.io has temporarily suspended trading services for The Protocol (THE), including THE_USDTSpot trading pair.
2. gate will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services of The Protocol (THE) at 10:00 on November 27, 2024 (UTC+8).
3. If there is a quant trading strategy in progress, please adjust the strategy in advance. Otherwise, it will be forcibly stopped before 10:00 (UTC+8) on November 27, 2024.

This is just a renaming, there is no replacement of the Block chain. For users on the Gate.io platform, you don’t need to take any action.
