Foresight News reported that according to Brazilian media G1 Globo, Alexandre de Moraes, a judge of the Supreme Federal Court of Brazil (STF), ruled that the social media platform X needs to pay the fine again (this time the fine is 10 million reais) before it can resume service. In addition, with the agreement of Starlink, the X platform needs to inform whether the frozen 18.3 million reais will be used to pay the fine, and its legal representative, lawyer Rachel de Oliveira, will also pay a fine of 300,000 reais. The three fines amount to over 5.2 million US dollars in total.
