The Clarity Act

266 days since the House passed the Clarity Act. Still no Senate vote.
Here's what's actually blocking it:
→ Senate has TWO competing drafts (Banking + Agriculture) that need to be reconciled first
→ Banks are fighting hard against yield-bearing stablecoins
→ Midterms in Nov narrow the window with every passing month
Next gate: Senate Banking Committee markup late April.
Base case: late 2026. But if April slips, don't rule out 2027.
Prediction market odds sitting at 63-72% for passage this year. I think that's roughly fair.
When do you think they will pass the Clarity Act? Q3 Q4 2026?
