Data: PancakeSwap BCE-USDT pool was attacked, resulting in a loss of nearly $680,000

Mars Finance reports that according to market sources, the PancakeSwap BCE-USDT pool on the BSC chain was attacked a few hours ago, resulting in a loss of approximately $679,000. The root cause was a flaw in the BCE token’s destruction mechanism. The attacker deployed two malicious contracts to bypass trading restrictions and trigger token destruction within the pool, manipulating the reserves to extract about $679,000 profit from the BCE-USDT pool.
