Hey guys, how have you been feeling about the market these past couple of days? Do you feel like besides the AI sector still going strong, all other tracks are like in ICU, barely hanging on?

That’s right! The market is always the smartest, and money always flows toward the least resistance. So, which direction has the least resistance now? The obvious answer is AI.

Today, I want to talk about TAO, that hardcore player in the AI sector. No need for fancy talk, just look at its trend—doesn’t it seem promising?

Why TAO?

Let’s skip the fluff and get to the real stuff.

1. Even pigs on the wind can fly, let alone TAO being a rocket

The current market narrative is very clear: AI is the only god. Look at those so-called “value investment” sectors—they’re crashing hard. But AI? Any little movement, and funds rush in like sharks smelling blood. As one of the leading tokens in the AI field, TAO naturally stands at this super wind vane. The momentum driven by this industry trend isn’t something a project team can just paint a pie about.

2. Not just talking slogans, they’re actually doing things

Having concepts isn’t enough; you need an ecosystem. The Bittensor network behind TAO has been active lately—launching new subnets, hosting hackathons. What does this mean? It means there are people working on it, building it, innovating. There are active participants, developers, and new application scenarios emerging. That’s what brings real long-term value. The growth vitality from within the ecosystem is the strongest backing for its price.

It’s already risen so much, can I still get in?

TAO just experienced a violent surge of over 8%, pretty fierce. But then, a clear pullback followed. You might panic: is this a sign of distribution?

My view is quite the opposite: this kind of correction might actually be creating an opportunity for you to jump in.

Look, after a big rally, encountering selling pressure and a price pullback is the most normal market behavior. Those who bought at the bottom take profits, new investors want to buy in, and the price naturally fluctuates.

The key is the extent of the pullback and the trading volume. As long as it’s not a massive dump, this kind of correction is usually healthy. It cleans out the weak hands, brings the price down, and gives those who missed out a chance to get on board.

In simple terms, it’s “refueling in midair.” After fueling up, it can fly even higher.

My trading idea (for reference only)

No investment advice, just sharing my thoughts:

I won’t chase the high now. I’ll watch for a pullback, and if it dips to a relatively stable support level and stops falling, I’ll consider entering in stages. Remember, in stages. Don’t go all-in at once; if it dips a bit more, you’ll have bullets left to add, and your mindset stays calmer.

In this market, don’t fight against the money. The hot money is in AI, in coins like TAO. Instead of waiting in other sluggish sectors, it’s better to follow the hot money, get close to the wind vane, and have some soup rather than just the northwest wind.

Brothers, what do you think about TAO’s current trend? Do you see the risk as too high, or is the pullback an opportunity? Let’s chat in the comments! $TAO #加密市场小幅下跌
