Markets tend to move in cycles — and two historical models point to the same window: 2026.


The 18-Year Real Estate Cycle peaked around 1954, 1972, 1990, and 2008. If the pattern holds, the next peak could arrive around 2026, typically the late stage of expansion before a slowdown.
The Benner Cycle also signals the mid-2020s as a strong market phase that often precedes a larger shift.
