Don't persist in making wrong choices because of "sunk costs." Opportunities in the crypto world are always there. Bull markets are for changing cars, bear markets are for changing tires—different strategies are needed for different cycles. Cutting losses is to stay alive; holding on tightly might lead to zero. Stop-loss is not giving up but preparing for a better entry next time. The most expensive lesson in the crypto world: transforming from "diamond hands" to "zero party."
Intra-week market trend: Bitcoin and Ethereum both show rebound weakness. Bitcoin's intraday rebound peaked at around 71387 and has been steadily declining in a oscillating manner, with lower highs and lower lows. After fierce competition, the bears gained the upper hand, leading to an accelerated breakdown in the evening, once again losing the 70,000 level, with the lowest dropping to around 68,121. Ethereum followed a similar pattern, with little rebound strength throughout the day. After facing resistance at 2092, it rebounded briefly then weakened, accelerating downward in the evening, breaking support levels consecutively, with the lowest near 1963.
Currently, the market shows multiple short-term breakdowns by the bears, with very weak bullish strength. Continuing this trend is inevitable. The price has again fallen below the 70,000 level, opening space downward. After repeated tests of strong support below, our primary strategy is to rebound and then short. With increased volatility, rebounds will be stronger, indicating weak correction. Smaller rebound strength suggests a strong correction. Trends across all timeframes are clear. Focus on breaking the 70,000 level and previous rebound highs. If rebound strength remains limited, consider re-entering short positions. Currently, market sentiment is not optimistic, making Saturday and Sunday even less promising. The short-term movement and rhythm will likely continue with weak adjustments. A return of the bulls will need to wait until next week for confirmation.
In the early hours of Saturday, Bitcoin around 68,500 can be shorted, with a target of 67,000.
Ethereum around 1980 can be shorted, with a target of 1900.
