Mars Finance News: Hong Kong Victory Securities will officially cease all cryptocurrency trading functions for users with mainland China identities starting from the afternoon of February 9, 2026. Only withdrawal permissions will remain; deposit and new trading will no longer be supported. The platform’s ongoing measures to tighten services for mainland users include previously banning purchases and suspending new address verifications, aiming to comply with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission regulations and relevant mainland policies. Currently, non-mainland tax residents can still use cryptocurrency trading services normally, and affected users can continue to withdraw assets.
