上午市场继续走弱，跌幅不大，不过量能缩了这个不太好，下午留意前15分钟，如果强势反弹，那还是有止跌机会的，要是继续走弱下午就不好说，今天重点就关注10日线，破了的话，支撑就得下移到20日线了，目前虽然并不确定上行周期结束，当然也不确定是否是波段性调整的开始，但正因为不确定，所以要先考虑避险为主，等确定性信号出来后再做下一步考虑。技术面上，30分钟对应的调整周期要到明天中午走完，而且前提是不能破10日线，如果今天破了，明天也要收回才算调整结束，否则调整级别可能会升级
