In recent days, ZEC suddenly surged, and many people started shouting that the bull run is back, with narratives of whale entries, privacy coin revival, and large capital inflows... It all sounds very plausible. But if you have a slight understanding of the “traditional skills” in this circle, you might smell a different scent: Is another mining machine vendor about to sell their equipment again?
This is actually nothing new. Veteran players in the crypto world know that sometimes, a coin suddenly spikes sharply, not necessarily because of strong fundamentals or genuine confidence from big players about the future, but possibly because someone needs to offload—offload mining machines.
Think about it: mining machine vendors hold a bunch of machines. If the coin price is stagnant, who would take the risk to buy? Only by pushing the price up, creating an atmosphere of “the market is here, mine quickly, buy equipment quickly,” can the vendors clear their inventory. Especially for coins like ZEC that have a mining machine ecosystem, the price and mining machine sales are almost tied together.
Look at recent ZEC data: the price suddenly surged then slightly retreated, whale transfers are frequent, trading volume has skyrocketed... All of this looks like someone is orchestrating behind the scenes, raising the price to attract attention, making it easier to offload their holdings. When the machines are sold out, do you think they will continue to support the price?
At that point, without subsequent capital support and a genuine long-term narrative, where will the price go? It’s probably not just a simple correction.
So, if you’re watching ZEC, it’s wise to think calmly: Is this rally really because ZEC has truly entered spring, or is it just because someone wants to sell machines? If it’s the latter, then after the mining machines arrive in buyers’ hands and market enthusiasm wanes, what might greet this coin could be a pile of dead leaves.
Smart investors shouldn’t just follow the K-line; they should also see who is pulling the strings behind it. The excitement is fine, but don’t easily become someone’s bag-holder for their exit. The right timing is often not during the big surge, but when the noise subsides. $ZEC #2025Gate年度账单
