What a wild, brutal ride 2025 has been in crypto.

Alts and pure memes got absolutely wrecked this year — no sugarcoating it.

A lot of hype cycles came and went, and most of them ended in tears. I faded the majority of that noise early on and stayed heavily weighted toward the tops (BTC/ETH dominance).

Skipped the degenerate meme meta entirely… except for a few “culture coins” that actually resonated with me. $DOOD, $PENGU, and a little $REKT — all sitting green from my average entries.

Small wins in a sea of red for most, but I’ll take them It’s been a tough year for risk assets, no doubt. But I’m optimistic about 2026.

We’ve got increasingly pro-crypto sentiment coming out of DC, potential for looser monetary policy, and markets that always find a way to get juiced when liquidity returns. The setup feels a lot better than where we were 12 months ago.

Biggest shoutout of the year goes to the Hoss Army — you guys have been the backbone of this journey. The support, the convos, the energy… it kept me grounded and motivated through all the noise.

Truly grateful for every single one of you.

And most importantly — none of this happens without my wife @MrsHossette She’s the real brains behind the operation.

Watching her dive deeper into the space this year, learn the ropes, and genuinely start having fun with it has been one of my favorite parts of 2025. Proud doesn’t even cover it.❤️

On a personal note, some cool milestones this year:

• Tweet Scout score jumped from the upper 700s to well over 1000
• Subs blew past 50 (and keep climbing)
• Met an insane amount of sharp, genuine people in this industry
• Traveled the world, made lifelong friends, learned more than I thought possible

I’m ending the year blessed, grateful, and honestly excited for what’s next.

Cheers to the last Monday of 2025… we survived, we learned, and we’re still here.
