## Peter Schiff and Grant Cardone Both Agree: Cryptocurrency is Replacing Gold
The debate over Bitcoin's role in modern investment portfolios has new noteworthy data. Two renowned analysts, Grant Cardone and Peter Schiff, recently conducted polls on X, and the results show a clear trend: investors are increasingly choosing Bitcoin over traditional assets.
Cardone's survey reflects this strong shift. Among respondents, 69% preferred Bitcoin over a combination of gold and silver. This figure indicates the growing appeal of cryptocurrencies as an asset protection tool. Meanwhile, Peter Schiff's poll—who is known for his skeptical stance on digital assets—also recorded 60.6% of participants supporting Bitcoin, demonstrating broader consensus than expected.
The two experts have differing views on the significance of this choice. Cardone sees Bitcoin as an effective diversification tool, helping investors reduce risk. Conversely, Peter Schiff maintains a skeptical stance, questioning Bitcoin's long-term store of value compared to physical gold.
However, market data paints a different picture. Gold is currently trading at $4,383, a historic high supported by global asset protection demand. But Bitcoin still has room to surpass the $90,000 mark, indicating that the competition between cryptocurrencies and precious metals remains intense in the market.
