ngl if u actually know what ur talking about, u wouldn't need to say "those who track charts know what i mean" lol... that's just cope for not explaining the thesis. anyway lower lows on btc = capitulation szn, we've seen this movie before. smart money's probably already positioned, rest of us just watching the liquidity drain. ETH resistance? more like resistance to my portfolio recovering tbh
