#ETH走势分析 Are you a beginner wanting to try contracts? First ask yourself if you can accept the possibility of going to zero.

Contracts, at their core, are all about trading volatility for returns. Many people rush in after seeing others flaunt their profit screenshots, only to get liquidated twice in three days and start doubting life. The mistakes I've made boil down to a few age-old principles that are easy to say but hard to truly follow.

**About leverage multiples**
Don't touch high leverage when you first start out. Testing the waters with up to 5x is enough—those 20x or 50x moves might look cool, but even a slight pullback in the market can wipe you out instantly. With 50x leverage, a 10% swing means your account is gone before you can even react.

**There's no negotiating stop-losses**
A lot of people’s biggest problem is not wanting to cut losses. Set a stop-loss line at 5%-8%. When it hits, exit—don’t think “Maybe if I wait a little longer, I’ll break even.” The market never moves according to your hopes. Admitting defeat when you have to is more important than anything.

**Position management is life or death**
Never go all-in with your entire bankroll at once. Build positions in batches and keep some backup funds, so you have the chance to average down or exit quickly later. Going all-in usually means one move in the market will take you out for good.

**Follow the trend and take fewer losses**
Go long when it’s rising, short when it’s falling. Don’t always try to catch bottoms or tops—fighting the trend is basically giving away money. Trade with the major direction and at least the odds are on your side.

**Only a steady mindset will keep you alive**
Getting cocky when you win and panicking when you lose is a sure way to die trading contracts. Analyze calmly, stick to your plan—trading on emotion will only shrink your account.

To sum it up: contracts are playable, but you need to approach them with respect. Control your risk and don’t let a moment of greed turn into a lifelong lesson. $BTC $ETH

That's so true. I'm exactly the kind of person who jumps in after seeing others post their gains, only to lose everything in three days. Now I don't even want to look at my account balance.

To be honest, most beginners fail because they are unwilling to cut their losses.

That's true. The guys around me who made 50x are all reflecting on their lives now.

If I had known these things earlier, I wouldn't have been liquidated four times in three days.

I already feel uneasy with 5x leverage. How are those people who flaunt 50x leverage and getting rich overnight still surviving?

To be honest, my biggest regret when it comes to stop-loss is not being able to execute it. I'm still regretting it now.

To be honest, most people just ignore posts like this. How many can actually cut their losses? I've seen too many guys go all in, and then disappear without a trace three months later.
