After mixing in the trading circle for these years, I've come to understand one thing: people who can consistently make money never rely on staying up all night watching the charts or being fast with their trades, but instead focus on finding "high-certainty opportunities."

After my account reached eight digits, I actually became lazier. It's not that I don't want to trade, but I realized this truth—making money is about subtraction, filtering out all those seemingly tempting but unsuitable opportunities.

Now I basically only trade three types of market situations, and I can't be bothered with the rest, no matter how lively they seem:

First, when the major trend is already established and a price pullback gives you a chance to get in. The direction is clear, and you only enter after a retracement stabilizes at a key level. These trades have a very high tolerance for error. Many people are just too impatient, buying the dip as soon as they see a pullback, only to get stuck in a choppy range and get slapped back and forth.

Second, false breakdowns near key support levels. This doesn't mean catching a falling knife—instead, you wait for the price to deliberately break down, shake out weak hands, and then reclaim the level before getting in. If it doesn't reclaim? Just walk away. The cost of one bad trade is far worse than missing ten opportunities.

Third, the acceleration phase after a steady uptrend. When the earlier move is stable and the support is solid, breaking out often means strong continuation. In these cases, follow with a light position, set a clear stop loss, and the risk is fully controllable.

Honestly, understanding the market isn't hard; the hard part is controlling that urge to make quick money. If you're not good at something, don't touch it. If you can't see through it, decisively pass. When you're unsure, being in cash is the best position.

Once you master these three types of setups, you'll find yourself trading less often, but your win rate will clearly go up.

Truly skilled traders never compete on trading frequency, but on how steady their mindset is. With a calm mind and the right rhythm, your account balance will naturally grow.

This cycle is a rare comeback opportunity, and whether you can seize it depends on whether you're willing to slow down and filter for the right opportunities. Get your thoughts clear early, avoid the pitfalls, find the right entry point, and doubling your account won't be just a dream. $ETH

That's right, mindset is the hardest thing to control. That feeling when you're trying to buy the dip can really drive you crazy.

Absolutely right, that's exactly it. Sometimes staying in cash keeps you in the game longer than being fully invested.

Are you still teaching people with eight figures? Looks like you really want to be a mentor, haha.

It sounds nice, but very few can actually do it... I've seen too many people shouting "only go for certainty" every day, yet they still can't resist chasing highs.

That's right, you just have to be patient and wait. I used to be too greedy, wanted to jump into everything I saw, and ended up getting burned countless times. Now I've learned my lesson—I'd rather miss out than blindly buy in.

That's right, you really have to get rid of that impatience.
