Before we get giddy about Doc's Love’s first race for Big Red Zoooming Bye, Lochlan Hanover will first step out onto the track on Tuesday looking to improve on his last run in easier company.

First and foremost, its fantastic to see Matt Kakaley back in the sulky, teaming up with Lochlan once again. Our #1 driver will certainly have a much better feel for the horse than the driver last time out. Having someone who knows the horse well, especially one that can still be a little immature, should give us improvement before the race even begins.
Dropping back in class from stakes level last weekend should also make Lochlan much more competitive, even from PP#7.
He’s already shown he can handle this class, with a win and a 3rd from his last two runs, and we’ll be expecting a much-improved performance this time around.
