Raoul Pal states that the crypto market is currently in a "waiting room" and advises investors to be patient. He mentions that altcoins other than Bitcoin and Ethereum are preparing for a rise, that Ethereum has already entered a growth phase, and then expresses the future of Solana and Sui. Pal believes that XRP is in a transition process and predicts that Dogecoin will also become active (Pal, 2025a).
The increase in global liquidity will be triggered by the refinancing of debts in the US, EU, China, and Japan, which will bring about an "irrational" period of growth. According to other sources, Pal's forecast is in line with the global liquidity cycle; 90% of Bitcoin is correlated with liquidity (Daily Hodl, 2025). Altcoins like XRP may stand out with regulatory clarity (Jungle Inc, 2025).
