Recently, the Crypto Assets market has once again attracted close attention from investors. The Bitcoin price rebounded quickly after experiencing a dip below $100,000, and has re-established itself at a high of $106,000. This rise of nearly 10% has injected a strong dose of confidence into the entire Crypto Assets market, especially for those alts that have been severely impacted recently.
However, market analysts are cautious about the sustainability of this rebound. Professionals point out that a double top pattern has appeared on the current Bitcoin price chart, which is often seen as a potential bearish signal. In addition, the fair value gap (FVG) that exists near the weekend low may also affect price movements, and the market may tend to fill this gap.
The well-known crypto analyst Louigi expressed his views after Bitcoin broke through $106,000. He believes that in addition to the double top pattern, the market has also completed the setup for a buyer liquidity trap, which means that market participants are looking for a new direction.
It is worth noting that around the key resistance level of $106,600, there are signs of weakening buyer strength in the market. This may indicate that the upward momentum of Bitcoin could weaken in the short term, and it may even face a certain degree of pullback.
Louigi further explained the concept of fair value gaps. After a rapid rise in Bitcoin, there is often a price blank area formed between buyers and sellers, known as fair value gaps. The market usually has a tendency to fill these gaps to restore price balance.
According to technical analysis, there are several fair value gaps that need to be filled, with the lowest gap located around $102,000. The gap closest to the current price is in the area below $105,000.
Although Bitcoin prices may face some technical adjustments in the short term, the development of the Crypto Assets market still holds many opportunities and challenges in the long run. Investors need to remain rational when participating in the market, follow changes in the fundamentals, and manage risks effectively.
