The issuance includes 10 million Class A common shares, with an offering price between $46 and $50 per share. According to an announcement released on Monday, eToro will offer half of the issuance, with the remaining 5 million shares held by existing shareholders. The platform also allows underwriters to purchase an additional 1.5 million shares within 30 days to cover any overallotments. Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, UBS Investment Bank, and Citigroup lead the underwriting, with Deutsche Bank Securities, Cantor, and Bank of America Securities also providing additional support.
