On April 2nd, Nate Geraci, President of The ETF Store, stated on social media, “Grayscale submitted the S-3 form, planning to register its Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund as an exchange-traded fund (ETF). It holds BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, and ADA. The New York Stock Exchange had previously submitted a 19b-4 application for the listing and trading of this ETF. We still maintain the prediction that index-based Crypto Assets ETFs will be approved by the end of the year (if not earlier).”
