The multi-sig address in the top 3 on-chain holdings of PUMP, “0xeCc…2aa9E”, holds 50 million PUMP. This address received 50 million KILO 5 days ago, 50 million PARTI 7 days ago, and 50 million BR 12 days ago, all corresponding to the start time of the new coin IDOs. Previously discovered suspected CEX IDO deployment contract “0xe0C…8fB86” will perform a series of operations such as “Update Signer Address / Set Pool / Transfer Ownership” on the same contract address after receiving tokens at this multi-sig address, with the steps completely overlapping.
