Maximum Token Allocation per User: Grading will be based on the cumulative trading volume of spot and 40% of futures from August 23, 2025, 16:00 to September 25, 2025, 08:00 (UTC). The higher the trading volume, the higher the grade, and the higher the maximum subscription limit. Users can invest at any time during the subscription period, and the timing will no longer affect individual subscription limits.

- Spot trading volume includes copy trading, margin, pre-market, and OTC trades; futures trading volume is counted at 40% of the total. Subaccounts' spot and futures trading volume (including copy trading and bot trading) will be included in the total trading volume statistics of the Main account.
Example:
Within the specified period, User G’s cumulative trading volume reaches 3,000,000 (Tier 3), User A’s cumulative trading volume reaches 120,000 (Tier 1), while User B has no trading record. All three commit 100,000 GUSD each to the subscription.
After the subscription ends, User G will be eligible for the maximum allocation under Tier 3: 30,000 XPL. User A will be eligible for the maximum allocation under Tier 1: 3,000 XPL, as their cumulative trading volume only meets the Tier 1 requirement.
User B’s cumulative trading volume did not reach the minimum threshold of 120,000, and therefore they are not eligible for any XPL allocation. (If User B completes the minimum cumulative trading volume of 120,000 during the subscription period, they will still be eligible to receive XPL during the distribution stage.)
- The more GUSD you commit, the more tokens you can be allocated. There is no limit on the committed amount, but each user's maximum token allocation will be distributed according to three tiers based on their trading volume.
Distribution Time: XPL tokens will be distributed uniformly before trading goes live.

Subscription Rules
- Eligibility:
Users must complete identity verification and meet the minimum trading volume requirements to participate.
- Subscription Method:
Users can subscribe using GUSD . Minimum per order: 10 GUSD.
- Eligibility Notice:
Borrowed funds are not eligible for participation in Gate Launchpad; subaccounts are not supported to participate in Gate Launchpad.
- Token Allocation:
The number of tokens each user receives will be calculated based on the proportion of their total subscription funds to the total subscription amount for the project. The more you contribute, the higher your allocation.
- Token Distribution:
Tokens invested during the subscription will be locked and cannot be withdrawn during the subscription period. After the subscription ends, the system will deduct the actual obtained project tokens from the user's invested funds and refund the remaining funds. If the actual amount of tokens obtained is less than the investment amount, the remaining investment funds will be unlocked after distribution and automatically refunded to the user's spot account. If the actual amount of tokens obtained is less than 0.00000001 tokens, the tokens will not be distributed, and the user's investment funds will be fully refunded.
