Options Trading Fee Structure Update

Dear user:
To further enhance your trading experience and promote fairness in the market, Gate will implement an optimized fee structure for Options trading starting June 27, 2025. This update covers three main categories: Trading Fees, Exercise Fees, and Liquidation Fees . Details are as follows:

Optimized Maker/Taker Fee Structure

• Key updates: Maker fee split adjustment: BTC/ETH options: 0.03%; Other crypto options: 0.02%;Taker fee split adjustment: BTC/ETH options: 0.03%; Other crypto options: 0.05%

Optimized Exercise Fee Structure

• Intraday options (same-day, next-day, and third-day options) are exempt from exercise fees.
• Non-intraday options will have a fixed exercise fee of 0.015%.

Clarified Liquidation Fee

• A new liquidation fee rate of 0.03% will apply.
