The U.S. Court of Appeals ruled that the White House banquet hall construction project proposed by Trump may continue to move forward.

Mars Finance News, April 13 — According to foreign media reports, the construction project of the White House banquet hall proposed by U.S. President Trump can continue for at least another week after a temporary ruling was issued by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on Saturday.
In a 2-1 decision, the appellate court panel stayed the enforcement of the construction halt order previously issued by Judge Richard Leon.
This judge, appointed by George W. Bush, had ruled in March that the project could not proceed because the U.S. government had not obtained congressional authorization.
