NVIDIA is about to launch AI processing dedicated chips
On February 28, according to The Wall Street Journal, NVIDIA is about to launch a dedicated AI processing chip, aiming to shake up the competitive landscape of artificial intelligence computing. OpenAI is expected to become one of the largest customers for NVIDIA's new processor. The processor focuses on the "inference" needs of quickly processing AI queries, accelerating AI model response times, and is expected to be announced at the NVIDIA GTC developer conference in San Jose next month.
