Sui: Supports Cetus for protocol upgrade voting to return frozen funds.

Odaily News Sui official announced on platform X that earlier today, Cetus initiated a community voting proposal to upgrade the protocol to return frozen funds (without rolling back on-chain records or reversing transactions). This is a special request under special circumstances - concerning the asset security of Cetus users. After careful consideration, the Sui team has decided to support its on-chain voting proposal, but with two additional conditions:

Sui officials will remain neutral on the voting results and will forfeit their voting rights. Sui’s responsibility is to design and implement a decision-making process that reflects the collective will of the Sui community (specific plans and code will be announced soon).
Cetus must publicly commit to using all financial resources to recover assets until all users receive full compensation.
