Merchant Tier Benefits
Upon reaching a specific tier, merchants are entitled to corresponding benefits. These benefits may include, but are not limited to:

- Other merchant benefits provided by the platform according to rules

Merchant Code of Conduct
Merchants shall maintain stable fulfillment capabilities and high service performance while adhering to the following requirements:
- Comply with the principle of honest trading: respond, pay, and release coins promptly.
- Refrain from malicious order locking, delayed processing, or groundless order cancellations.
- Verify key information such as price, limits, and payment methods before posting an advertisement.
- Go offline or cancel advertisements before leaving the operating device to avoid abnormal orders or poor user experience due to a lack of management.
- Use civilized, clear, and professional communication; avoid inappropriate language or misleading statements.
- Prioritize on-site communication channels and retain necessary records; avoid bypassing platform processes to handle trading disputes.
Risk and Compliance Requirements
During the collection, payment, and transaction process, merchants shall strictly comply with platform rules, local laws and regulations, and financial institution requirements, including but not limited to:
- Use compliant payment methods for transactions as required by the platform.
- Do not organize, participate in, or assist in third-party payments/collections or other non-compliant behaviors.
- Do not participate in illegal fund transactions.
- Do not engage in abnormal trading behaviors to circumvent platform rules or risk control mechanisms.
- If suspicious transactions, abnormal credentials, or suspected fraud are detected, retain evidence immediately and handle the matter through platform processes.
If a violation results in user complaints, escalated disputes, risk events, or platform losses, the platform will take action according to the rules.
Merchant Qualification Management (Restriction/Downgrade/Cancellation)
The platform may conduct comprehensive evaluations based on fulfillment performance, complaint history, risk control results, and other relevant factors.
The platform reserves the right to restrict, downgrade, or cancel a merchant's qualification if any of the following situations occur (including but not limited to):
- Persistent failure to meet fulfillment quality standards (e.g., frequent timeouts, frequent cancellations, or delayed responses).
- Service quality significantly falls below the standards of the corresponding tier (e.g., high complaint rates, inappropriate communication, or lack of cooperation).
- Violation of platform trading rules, risk control rules, or compliance requirements.
- Provision of false information or materials, or engagement in misleading behavior toward users.
- Other circumstances where the platform deems it inappropriate for the merchant to retain their qualification.
Measures taken by the platform may include warnings, advertisement restrictions, trading restrictions, downgrading, or cancellation of qualification.
Appeals and Cooperation Requirements
When order disputes, complaints, or risk inspections occur, merchants shall promptly cooperate with the platform and provide reasonable, complete, and verifiable evidence as requested. Failure or refusal to cooperate may result in restrictive measures according to platform rules.
In case of abnormal situations during a transaction, it is recommended to prioritize the in-app appeal/dispute process and retain order records, chat logs, and payment/collection vouchers.
