How does Copy Wallet (on-chain trading) work in crypto?

Unlike regular copy trading, here you follow the wallet activity directly from the blockchain.
The mechanism is like this ๐Ÿ‘‡
1. Paste wallet address
You enter the wallet address you want to follow into tools (such as @DeBankDeFi, @zerion, etc.).
2. Tracking on-chain activity
Tools will read all transactions of that wallet:
โ€ข tokens bought
โ€ข tokens sold
โ€ข interactions with smart contracts
All this data is transparent because it is recorded on the blockchain.
3. Reading smart contracts
When the target wallet makes a transaction, it is actually interacting with a smart contract (DEX such as @Uniswap, etc.).
Tools will detect:
โ†’ what swap was performed
โ†’ which pair was bought
โ†’ transaction amount and timing
4. Executing copy
You can:
โ€ข manually (follow buy after seeing the transaction)
โ€ข semi-auto / auto (using specific bots/tools)
Why is this powerful?
Because you are not just (following people)
but truly seeing the real transaction trail on the blockchain.
But remember, there are still risks:
โ€ข Delay (you are always a little late)
โ€ข Fake wallets can appear (pretending to be profitable)
โ€ข Markets can change quickly
Conclusion:
Copy wallet =
leveraging blockchain transparency to follow smart money
But still requires filtering and risk management.
