AVIC Financial: All bonds suspended from April 2nd

AVIC Industrial Finance Holdings Co., Ltd. announced on April 1st that the company is planning to undertake major matters related to its corporate bonds.
Given that the above matters still involve significant uncertainties, in order to ensure fair information disclosure and protect the interests of bond investors, an application has been made to suspend trading of the outstanding corporate bonds starting from April 2, 2026.
Trading will be resumed as soon as the relevant matters are clarified, with the resumption date to be determined separately.
The specific bonds to be suspended include 13 corporate bonds such as “23CIF05,” “23CIF06,” “23CIFK1,” and two medium-term notes “23AVICCIF MTN001(” and “23AVICCIF MTN002.”
According to publicly available information from Enterprise Early Warning System, AVIC Finance Group currently has 15 outstanding credit bonds with a total amount of 15.67 billion yuan, all of which are publicly issued debt products.
