I am increasingly feeling that the choice of strategy doesn't matter; what's important is not to use sleep as a bargaining chip. Grid/DCA, to put it simply, is about breaking down emotions and digesting them slowly. When a pullback happens, you can still eat your meal; a quick move is exciting, but you have to be sure you can handle the panic of waking up in the middle of the night and repeatedly checking the K-line, otherwise even profits feel borrowed.

Recently, hardware wallets are out of stock everywhere, phishing links are flying all over, and I dare not get too caught up anymore... When my position is heavy, I even tremble at clicking on unfamiliar links. Not long ago, I followed someone who was very loud and passionate, it sounded inspiring, but I later realized my mindset was being pulled up and down, so I just unfollowed, and the world became much quieter. Anyway, I prefer to take it slow, wait until my emotions settle before jumping in, at least I can sleep peacefully.
