Just realized how many apps are literally handing out free cash for signing up. Like, I'm talking $5 instantly just for creating an account on some of these platforms. Spent the last hour going through a bunch and honestly it's kind of wild how easy it is. Started with the investment apps - Webull gives you a $100 bonus if you deposit $2k, Robinhood throws $5-$200 at you in stock, SoFi does random amounts up to $1,000. Not bad if you've got some money to move around anyway. But here's the thing that surprised me more - you don't even need to be serious about investing. The survey and cashback apps are even simpler. Swagbucks hands you $10 just for signing up and spending $25 at their partner stores, InboxDollars gives you $5 free just for activating your account. Branded Surveys is $1 but you can rack up way more doing their tasks. Then there's Rakuten which literally pays you to shop online - $30 bonus right now if you spend $30. So technically you get free $5 instantly on like half of these without doing much. The real move is combining a few. Hit the investment app bonuses, grab the survey app sign-up money, throw some shopping through Rakuten. I'm not saying you'll get rich but if you spend 20 minutes setting this up you can legitimately pocket $50-100 pretty quick. Some people are doing this repeatedly across different apps. Anyone else doing this or am I late to the party?
