According to media reports, the counterfeit imported health product YouSiYi chaos has been exposed. Subsequently, YouSiYi issued a statement in response.
Tianyancha intellectual property information shows that in October 2022, Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (Group) Co., Ltd. filed an objection to the “YouSiYi” trademark applied for by Guangzhou Yala Yuan Health Industry Co., Ltd., the operator of YouSiYi in China, with application number 54585909. The review result was that the trademark was not registered according to the Trademark Law.
Guangzhou Yala Yuan Health Industry Co., Ltd. was established in April 2016, with Huang Chi as the legal representative, registered capital of 80 million RMB, and business scope including daily necessities sales, hygiene products sales, and disposable medical supplies sales, jointly held by Huang Chi and Chen Jin.
