Unrealized losses really torment people more than unrealized gains. When the account shows a profit, I can be very rational: okay, not bad, don’t get carried away; but once the red figures appear, it’s like someone @-ing you in the group chat and you don’t reply—obviously it doesn’t affect real life, but your mind keeps popping up notifications, and before bed, you sneak a look at the K-line chart, getting more and more annoyed.

Honestly, it’s more about fearing “Did I mess up?” than about missing out on a little profit. Unrealized gains are just bonus points; unrealized losses feel like deductions and having to write a review... Especially when attention shifts with Meme calls and celebrity signals—everyone looks like a genius during the rise, but when you pull back, the old player’s advice “Don’t take the last baton” sounds like a drunken truth, painfully sharp.

Now I’m trying to be smarter: smaller positions, leaving myself some room, and if I really can’t hold it, I admit that sleep is more expensive—just get out first. Anyway, I’ll review my trades for sure, but I don’t want to be drunk on red figures every day.
