Marvell Marvell 2026 fiscal year Q4 and full fiscal year revenue both hit record highs in history
Tech Home, March 6th News, chip manufacturer Marvell Semiconductor announced its financial results for fiscal year 2026 Q4 and the full fiscal year (ending January 31, 2026) on the local date of March 5th.
The company achieved a revenue of $15.33B in FY2026 Q4 (Note: approximately 8.2B RMB at current exchange rates), setting a new record, up 22% year-over-year, exceeding the previous guidance midpoint by $19 million. The full fiscal year’s revenue also hit a new high of $56.63B (approximately 56.626 billion RMB at current exchange rates), an increase of 42%.
Marvell Chairman and CEO Matt Murphy stated:
We expect quarterly revenue growth in FY2027 to continue accelerating year-over-year, mainly driven by the sustained strong performance of the data center business, with order volumes continuing to grow at record speeds. In addition to strong performance and outlook, the number of design wins in FY2026 reached a record high, which is expected to continue fueling future growth.
For the first quarter of FY2027, Marvell projects net revenue of approximately $2.40 billion ± $120 million.
