Former crypto coordinator David Saks and CFTC Chairman Michael Selig on Wednesday, April 9, called on the Senate to pass the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act (CLARITY Act).

Their statements came four days before the Senate returns from Easter break on April 13. The committee’s consideration of the bill is expected later this month.
