Interesting that the appellate court blocked New Jersey's attempt to shut down Kalshi's sports markets. Does that mean the judges decided such a move would be illegal? Is it somehow related to federal regulation or state rights? I don't fully understand all the legal nuances, but it seems important for the development of prediction markets in the U.S.. Does this mean Kalshi can now operate freely in New Jersey without restrictions?
