Create a "Good House" to help displaced personnel settle down and feel at ease
Recently, the Xiong’an Jincheng Mansion project located in the Xiong’an New Area Startup Zone completed the signing of the last housing unit, marking the full sale of all formats including residential, commercial, parking, and storage rooms. From opening to sold out, it took only six months, demonstrating the confidence of those relocating in Xiong’an.
The Xiong’an Jincheng Mansion project is located in the Xiong’an New Area Startup Zone.
Over the past nine years, Xiong’an New Area has steadily promoted the implementation of various tasks related to relocation and absorption, with Beijing’s non-capital functions accelerating their concentration. Currently, the headquarters of China Star Network, China Sinochem, and China Huaneng, three central enterprises, are operating stably; the main structure of China Mineral Resources headquarters has been topped out; the first batch of four universities and two hospitals are under large-scale construction; and the second batch of relocation projects are being implemented in an orderly manner.
Meanwhile, Xiong’an New Area continues to optimize relocation services, with 278 government service items in Beijing-Xiong’an achieving “same-city” processing, 209 qualification recognitions, and the “Xiong’an Card” enabling cross-region access for social security, medical treatment, and transportation in multiple scenarios. The housing provident fund contribution standards have been synchronized with Beijing. A series of measures have effectively enhanced the sense of belonging among relocated personnel, shifting from the previous “returning to Beijing on weekends” to now “family members coming to Xiong’an,” achieving true function relocation, real project implementation, and genuine talent retention.
Buying a house in the new area is a direct reflection of the “true retention” of relocated personnel.
The Xiong’an Jincheng Mansion project has a total construction area of approximately 137.9k square meters, including 22 residential buildings, 4 supporting commercial buildings, and underground parking. “Since the project opened, customers coming to view and purchase houses have been arriving nonstop,” said Guo Jing, sales manager of China Jincheng Xiong’an Marketing Planning Department. The clients coming to buy homes are all from relocated central enterprises, universities, and hospitals, with a very strong willingness to settle down in Xiong’an.
Focusing on creating “good houses,” the Xiong’an Jincheng Mansion project has applied a series of “black technologies”—geothermal heat pump units combined with capillary network systems to maintain a constant indoor temperature year-round; a 24-hour exchange-type fresh air system with “primary effect + double-stage electrostatic + medium effect” triple filtration, ensuring indoor PM2.5 filtration efficiency of no less than 85%; triple-layer double-insulated LOW-E glass to block external noise… The high quality of the housing is also a reason why many buyers are attracted.

Relocated central enterprise employee Ms. Liu has been living in the community for two months. “The temperature inside the house stays around 24 degrees Celsius, the property services are very thoughtful, and there’s a gym downstairs. Living here is comfortable and reassuring. I hardly go back to Beijing on weekends now,” she said. (Reporter Kang Xiaobo)
