Experts practice the ability not to act. What does "not acting" mean?

Not acting when you don't understand, and even when you do understand, there are times when it's not suitable to act.
For example, too large a stop-loss space, too small a profit margin, or the pressure to break after a significant rise.
Under standard criteria, there are priorities, and sometimes you have to let go.
So, after trimming the edges, calculating over and over, the truly actionable opportunities are very few.
The more skilled traders do less, while the less experienced do more. It's not that the experts' methods are more sophisticated, but rather they are not in a rush to make money, choosing to exchange immediate gains for larger space and better opportunities.
