Beijing Business Daily (Reporter Zhai Fengrui) reported that on March 3rd, the renovation and building materials sector weakened, closing at 17,926.47 points, down 3.14%. Influenced by the sector, individual stocks in the renovation and building materials sector experienced varying degrees of decline. Songlin Technology closed at 32.11 yuan per share, down 9.75%, leading the decline among renovation and building materials stocks. Keshun Co., Ltd. closed at 7.16 yuan per share, down 8.44%, ranking second in decline. Punan Co., Ltd. closed at 6.25 yuan per share, down 7.68%, ranking third in decline.

In addition, Xiongshu Technology closed at 10.34 yuan per share, up 2.27%, leading the gainers in the renovation and building materials sector. Yuexin Health closed at 5.53 yuan per share, up 1.10%, ranking second in gains. Kairen Co., Ltd. closed at 14.72 yuan per share, up 0.41%, ranking third in gains.

Dongwu Securities stated in a research report that since the beginning of the year, the prices of basic raw materials such as base metals and crude oil have risen, which is expected to continue driving the growth of domestic waterproof materials, coatings, pipes, and hardware building materials. Regarding AI edge applications, with the matching of models and computing power, smart home appliances are expected to develop rapidly in 2026.
