On the morning of March 2nd, China Pingmei Shenma Group and Baowu Group Central South Steel Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Central South Steel”) signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the China Pingmei Shenma Group Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base. Li Mao, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Pingmei Shenma Group; Ji Qi, Party Secretary and Chairman of Central South Steel; and Ji Qi, Party Secretary and Chairman of Central South Shares, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing.

Li Mao stated that Central South Steel is a long-time friend and good partner of China Pingmei Shenma Group. Over the years, regardless of market changes, both sides have always supported each other and advanced together, forming a mutually beneficial and win-win situation. Currently, with a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation deepening, market environments are changing profoundly, and the coal and steel industries are facing new strategic opportunities. He hopes that both parties will strengthen their confidence in development, support each other, and continue to expand cooperation in breadth and deepen cooperation in depth, building closer upstream and downstream partnerships, enhancing the efficient coordination of the “coal-coke-steel” industry chain supply chain, and jointly writing a new chapter of high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan.
