Ningbo Bank: Elected Zhuang Lingjun as Chairman, appointed Feng Peijiong as President

Ningbo Bank announced the election of Zhuang Lingjun as the Chairman of the Ninth Board of Directors, and Feng Peijiong as Vice Chairman and President, both subject to approval of their appointment qualifications by the regulatory authority. On February 26, Ningbo Bank announced that it approved the election of Zhuang Lingjun as the Chairman of the Ninth Board of Directors of Ningbo Bank. Zhuang Lingjun’s qualification to serve as Chairman is subject to approval by the Ningbo Financial Regulatory Bureau. Until her qualification is approved, the Board of Directors has appointed Zhuang Lingjun to perform the duties of Chairman.

At the same time, Ningbo Bank approved the election of Feng Peijiong as Vice Chairman of the Ninth Board of Directors and the appointment of Feng Peijiong as President of the bank. Feng Peijiong’s qualifications for Vice Chairman and President are also subject to approval by the Ningbo Financial Regulatory Bureau. Until his qualification is approved, the Board of Directors has appointed Feng Peijiong to perform the duties of President.

Zhuang Lingjun: Born in July 1979, with a master’s degree, and a senior economist. Currently, she serves as the Party Secretary and Executive Director of the company. Zhuang Lingjun has previously served as Assistant to the President of Beilun Branch, Assistant General Manager of the Personal Banking Department at the Head Office, Vice President of Shenzhen Branch, Branch Manager of Mingzhou Branch, General Manager of the Risk Management Department at the Head Office, and President of Beijing Branch. From October 2019 to April 2022, she was Vice President of the company; from April 2022 to February 2026, she served as President; and since April 2020, she has been an Executive Director.

Feng Peijiong: Born in November 1974, with a master’s degree, and a senior economist. Currently, he is the Deputy Party Secretary and Executive Director of the company. Feng Peijiong has previously served as Deputy Director of the Office at Dongmen Branch, Head of the Human Resources Department at the Head Office, Senior Deputy Supervisor at the General Assistant level, Assistant to the General Manager, Vice President, and General Manager. He has also served as General Manager of the Personal Banking Department and Credit Card Center at the Head Office, and President of Suzhou Branch. From April 2015 to February 2026, he was Vice President of the company; since February 2016, he has been an Executive Director.
