Bancroft Fund Ltd. (NYSE American: BCV) has declared a cash distribution of $0.35 per share, payable on March 24, 2026, to shareholders of record on March 17, 2026. This represents a 10% increase from the previous $0.32 per share, bringing the annualized distribution rate to $1.40 per share. The Fund aims to pay the greater of either 5% of its trailing 12-month average market price or the minimum distribution required by the IRS for regulated investment companies.
