U.S. officials say Trump explicitly expressed a desire to reach a new nuclear arms control treaty

Deputy Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Thomas DiNanno stated at the Geneva disarmament conference that extending the New START Treaty is not beneficial for the United States or the world because it has flaws.
