On February 24, employees officially started their positions at the Jinjiang Economic Development Zone Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters Base Project. The project is invested and built by Jinjiang Unified Construction, with a total investment of 1.1 billion yuan and a total construction area of about 160,000 square meters. It is a modern industrial benchmark project driven by intelligent manufacturing and medical device production.

The Jinjiang Economic Development Zone Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters Base Project is located in Panjiagou Community, Groups 9 and 10. The project covers about 43 acres, with a planned total construction area of approximately 158,400 square meters. It mainly includes three tower industrial plants and one supporting annex building. Currently, the project is carrying out basement main structure construction. The investment is planned to reach 230 million yuan by 2026, with full efforts to promote construction and industrial investment promotion. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2028.

Western Headquarters Construction Nearly Completed

Located in Jinniu High-tech Park, Allen Electronics Super Capacitors and Intelligent Robots Western Headquarters Project resumed work on February 24. The construction is nearly complete, with remaining finishing work including fire safety acceptance.

It is reported that the project is located in Chezhan Community, Tianhui Town, Jinniu District, Chengdu, with a total planned construction area of 95,602.7 square meters and a total cost of 145.28 million yuan. It adopts a frame structure, integrating R&D offices, intelligent manufacturing, and living facilities. After commissioning, it will further improve the regional electronic information industry ecosystem and inject strong momentum into high-quality industrial development. According to plan, production will start in the second half of the year.

Recently, Sichuan Guoqi Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. completed registration in Tianfu New Area with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. The company is funded by Aerospace Guoqi Intelligent Equipment (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Aerospace Guoqi”), which is a key player in the domestic unmanned helicopter field布局 in the Southwest.

Aerospace Guoqi is a national-level specialized and innovative “Little Giant” enterprise restructured from a subsidiary of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation. With years of experience in unmanned helicopters, it has deep technical accumulation. The company holds over 140 national patents and is one of the most comprehensive and diverse head enterprises in the domestic unmanned helicopter field, with products ranging from 110kg to 2000kg in takeoff weight, leading in industry technical strength.

Its unmanned helicopter products are widely used in emergency rescue, forest fire prevention, communication relay, material delivery, nuclear and chemical monitoring, and other military and civilian fields. The market covers more than 20 provinces and cities across China and Southeast Asia, forming a mature technical system and service capability in practical applications.

Relying on its technological advantages, Aerospace Guoqi will establish the Aerospace Guoqi Southwest Headquarters in Tianfu New Area, Sichuan, implementing a series of industrial projects and constructing an integrated “R&D-Manufacturing-Application” industrial layout, fully unleashing the industry-driving effect of leading enterprises.

Notably, given the mountainous and high-altitude terrain of the Southwest, the company will continue to optimize high-altitude unmanned helicopter performance, solving industry pain points such as insufficient lift and low power efficiency in high-altitude areas, providing professional solutions for emergency support and material transportation in Tibetan and remote regions. Additionally, through technological transformation and industrial collaboration, it aims to attract more upstream and downstream enterprises in the low-altitude economy, improve the regional drone industry chain, and promote the high-end, large-scale, and diversified development of the Southwest low-altitude economy.

Southwest Headquarters and R&D Manufacturing Base

Recently, the main steel structure of Building 3 at Shanghai Yunké’s Southwest Headquarters and R&D Manufacturing Base has been completed, marking a new phase in the project’s construction.

Building 3, with a construction area of 4,922 square meters, is a key production facility planned in the project. After completion, it will mainly be used for R&D and manufacturing of intelligent equipment and related products. Besides Building 3, other construction tasks are progressing steadily. The foundation of Building 2 has been completed, and its steel structure is under construction; foundation work for Building 1 is ongoing; the office building is also simultaneously under foundation construction.

The project is located north of Lixin Road, Jianzhou New City, with a planned total investment of 300 million yuan and a land area of about 50 acres. It is jointly invested and built by Shanghai Yunké and Chengdu Ancheng Aluminum Industry, which will establish a project company responsible for investment. The project will focus on automotive sunroof guide rails, expanding the development and manufacturing of lightweight aluminum parts for new energy vehicles; simultaneously promoting the drone industry, low-altitude operation services, infrastructure and supporting facilities, and technological R&D and manufacturing. It will also emphasize the application of advanced smart robots in automotive, service industries, and more, covering R&D and manufacturing.

Recently, Chengdu Serano Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Serano”) officially signed to settle in Chengdu Tianfu International Bio-town. It is planned that Serano will establish its corporate headquarters, R&D center, and production base in Bio-town, systematically engaging in R&D, manufacturing, and sales of medical devices for structural heart disease.
